Check with your bank's loan officer. He should have an NADA book that has current boat retail/wholesale values in it.

Low to mid 20's tops if it is in nice shape, never been in salt or abused, etc. It has a few hours on it, but hours alone are not the only consideration with the powerplant. How it was maintained is equally if not more important than just hours. I love Sangers they make great stuff.
