Ok I have found out that the heater core has a hole in it. It is the 3vent 3H model. Does anyone know what the replacement core is?? I hate to pay such a huge premium when I can get it at autozone. Thanks a million

How old is it? Call them. I had mine go out in the first year and they sent me a new one. They had a bad batch at one time.

I'd also recommend giving heatercraft a call. They replaced my core for me and mine was two years old. Even if you have to pay for it yourself, it's about $100 from heatercraft for a new core...probably won't save that much more at the auto parts store and that's if you can find it. I tried going that route briefly before giving them a call and didn't have much luck.
