I've got all kinds of used boards and you're close by...I can't ship for that cost, but if you want to drive down I've got Shred Stixx, LF, Phase 5, and a few garage beater boards...that I'll make you a deal on.

Do you still have either of the blue or black 5'6" shred sticks?

I'm going to Orwood tomorrow I could stop to pick one up then.

Hey Chas, don't be honing in on my board deal. LOL

Hey guys, I have both boards. The black is the original Shred Stixx before the winged version. They ride the same, but the blue is newer and in better shape. I need to check in the garage to see what I've done with the fins!!!! I'm sure I have enough to make at least one board up.

Chas, I'll let you know what I have left after tomorrow.

Tom, I'll send you a PM with my cell number.

Chas as long as you pimp the stereo on my Tige, you can swing by anytime! Not to hijack this thread anymore than I do all the others :-) What do you guys do to allow the waksurfer to hear the tunes, without blowing up mom and dad's ears in the boat? I'm not asking you to give up details or part numbers just a general idea for folks.

Jeff, I just bought a 2004 Cal pro v and would like to try wakesurfing. I am 6' and weigh about 200, never surfed before, used to skim in college but its been awhile. Do you have any boards that would work for me. I am also interested in a board for my two sons 10 and 8.
Any help would be great.

Hey Rob, I have that one remaining 5'6" shred stixx that "should" work for you. To be honest, that one Shred Stixx is in pretty rough shape, it has probably 10 pressure dents and with time it will delam' I have one old Inland Surfer Red Chubby (4' long and 23.5" wide) that should also work for you. The Red Chubby has more of a skim feel to it, so you might like that more with your background.

For the little ones, I think the Trick Boardz Freestyle is the best for teaching them how to get up. The wood board is neutrally bouyant...makes it easy for them to flip up.

I "think" I have one freestyle in the shop. The Trick Boardz always look brand new, unlike the surfstyle boards which get pressure dents and yellow with age. All the trick boardz I have are at least 3 years old. They are pretty inexpensive new, so you might check into that also.

I also have a Phase 5 Prop and a Hyperlite Broadcast that would work for them. I don't like them for 'newbies' though, tends to not make learning fun.

I also have a BUNCH of garage boards, all in the 4' to 4'6" range. They are all surf style, might be "ok" if you wanted to see if the kids like the sport. They surf easy and the little one should be able to flip it up.

Let me know if you'd like to know more about any of the options above.
