Got a few friends lookin for some recommendations on schools that are better for beginners (I know some are geared more towards experienced riders, 2 girls have never been up and the other has ridden twice)... preferrably in Cali, might be up for a week in AZ as well... Good and bad feedback if ya got any! Thanks! :-)

www.westcoastcamps.com My wife and I had a 3 hour lesson with Mike Schwenne this last Friday at Melones. I got alot of good advice in very short timeframe. He gave me 3-4 things to practice that will open me up to many more tricks. Even landed my first toeside w2w. Mike also brought an inland surfer which was a total blast. My wife is a true beginner and she also felt much more comfortable behind the boat. Even got her to try a little jumping. Mike is really positive and treated us very well even though we are beginners. His houseboat deal at Lake McClure looks like a steal to me

Mike Schwenne is a great rider and teacher.

If you wanted to take a little trip to Florida you could also check out The Wakeboard Camp.

Give Ian at Ensane Wakeboard School a try.
Location is Lake Shasta. A great place to learn.
It was totally non-intidmating for me and my six year old son.
