Stay away is my thought I have heard nothing but bad things. I went in twice when I had a Centurian and no one even would talk to me there.

My money wasn't green enough for them, they didn't want to help me, talk to me, or show me anything. Now I just drive by em on my way to the lake!!!

STAY AWAY.... I just got into a major argument with them.. We purchased our boat through them and since the beginning, they've been nothing but rude and unhelpful.. The last straw was about a week ago... I went in there for boat service and not only were they charging me 625 for an annual boat service (included all fluids change and tune up) and 425 (for a simple oil change) they were also very rude when it came to me asking if i could bring my boat home so it wasn't left outside overnight. I called them and the man put me on hold for 10 mins.. I then called back and the guy was very rude and asked me "what i wanted" Then he went on and defensively asked "oh so you don't want your boat service today? alright then i'll just tell so and so not to even touch it." After politely asking him when i could pick it up, he hung up on me. For three years, i put up with them not knowing that there were other boat dealers nearby who were more than willing to work on our boat. I was respectful every single time i went in there and even after purchasing a boat through their dealership, they still treated me the way they did.. I would definetely not suggest them...

Daryl A word of advice to you, take your boat to Licquid Wrenchs in Livermore. They can do all your work and they store and work on your boat indoors. Its about 30 mins further drive but the guys there are awsome and you dont have to worry about anything.

I forgot to say.....that 425 actually included an impeller change also lol...

Thanks for the advice stewart mclean, i'll definetely look into liquid wrenches

I called and emailed them when I was checking out boats before I bought mine. No call back, no email back, no return communication whatsoever. Guess they just don't like business.

Cool, Stewart, thx for the info on Licquid Wrenchs. I live in Pleasanton, so that's right there for me. :-)

I'm going to agree with wakestyle... by the way they treat their customers, i don't know how they're even able to stay open? Maybe the first time buyers like my family keep them open by setting up appointments with their service department haha

damn, where's the competetion when you need it? so these guys are the only boat dealer within 30 minutes, they ignore the customers who are trying to buy a boat and charge previous customers an arm and a leg for simple service.... Anybody want go in on a boat dealership??

Might be a bit far from you but we got our boat from Sporting Edge in Antioch. Excellent service before and after the purchase. Very good service dept. as well. We bought new wakeboard racks recently and somehow we grabbed the wrong box. They drove to our house and dropped off the correct racks.

I would definetely love to take over Mossdale Boats lol... But like suggested, find another boat dealership that sells centurion and good luck!

I hear Mossdale is up for sale....maybe you should take it over Daryl??

Kyle are you sure that it's up for sale, if that rumor is true that should be expected that entire area is set to blow up in the next few years, the river islands project is quickly getting off the ground out their, its slated to be the next dicso bay... On the west side of the river their between lathrop and tracy. probably a good time to get in the boat business in that area...

is that true kyle? I would love to take it over but unfortunately my money won't allow me haha...

Douglas, maybe rather than going over to mossdale boats to buy an actual boat...you should go over there and talk about buying the business lol...

Around boatshow time I was working with Dale (the owner of Mossdale) in the Centurion booth. From what I understand, he was entertaining the thought of spending more time on his yacht....
Haven't talked to him in a while, but word on the street is the thought is still there....

As far as i know, Dale seems to be an okay guy.. It was the other guy who seemed to be really arrogant and rude... Last time i saw dale was in the local newspaper. He was teaming up with Harry Mok and looking for local talent
