it came from the factory with about 450 pounds in the front, 350 in the rear. Now it's got 1000 in the rear, 700 in the front.

700 pound sack in the rear, along with an extra 300 pounds of lead/sand ballast. 450 of ballast sack in the front, along with and another 250 of battery/amp/sub/lead in the front.

Wake is pretty good though, especially for a DD.

1700 isn't alot of weight IMO. I used to run close to that in a little prostar 190. you should be fine.
