HAHA Alex.
Zuka, your enthusiasm never ceases to amaze me!

Haven't posted in a while so here goes. Things are well here. boat is being worked on as I get time. If you don't follow the wakeboardNJ riders blog (shame on you) then you probably don't know I pulled the motor out of my boat to fix a leaky oil pan. Many hours later all was back in, but I still had to reassemble everything else. It's been a lot of work, but will be worth saving the ludicrous amount of money that most wanted for the job.

I personally am looking forward to warmer weather...Al Gore is BS (although I have always thought this anyway).

What's up Brian!

Sure brother. Saturday June 13. Email me your mailing address and I'll send you a flier. If you're on
facebook I have Wakefest listed there as an event. And I had the Nautique dewinterized last weekend and
it's now totally wakeboard season ready. So if you're up for tangling with The Super Air's wake while rocking-out
to some really loud music of your choice, hit me up when you're in town. And maybe we'll gather the crew for
a Johan party!

Rob, those fluries were just the last of old Mr Winter trying to blow his last breath!
Spring is here. You'll be in the water soon enough. Don't forget you'll have to get your crew down to Bordentown and ride with us.

Hey Johan! Hope all is well....

Where do you guys wakeboard in Jersey? Anywhere near Phily? I just moved to Phily from MI and I'm looking for a place to wakeboard this summer.

Hey everyone, just checking in! It seems like some excitement is shuffling through everyones bones and there's a lot of angst about getting out for the first ride. It's great to see!

Just wanted to shout out to everyone. I see Zuka is counting down as usual (love it), Johan is checking in from Cali (glad to hear from you man, we miss ya) and everyone else is doing well.

Jeff, a large majority of people on this thread board on the Delaware River out of Bordentown. Some people even ride the Schuykill, and Jeff Barton rides a lot up on the Rancocas Creek; he owns the Wake Academy. Other are sort of scattered throughout the state; Avalon and the shore areas up and down the east coast of NJ. There's always a place and crew to ride with pretty much. Welcome to the tri-state area!

Don't miss out on Wakefest 2009, held in Bordentown on June 13th!

Here's a few of our 1st day today. Water temp didn't rise above 52. Alex full suited, JB did the long sleeve spring, and Michele and I took in the great warm sun. Just as JB took to the water, the battery on the Nikon died!

I'm sure we'll be parked somewhere for a mid-day break too.

Get your room at The Bordentown Econo Lodge on 206 Jeff Z. But you should hurry.

It was a great day on the boat. Justin, Michele, Kevin, Karen, Doug, Cara, Connor, Alex, Paul, and me. Annette & Brian were at Anthony's baseball game or we would have squeezed them in also.
The riding was great from everyone. I'll post some pics shorty.

I'm kinda hatin' weather.com right about now. It was calling for rain over-night, straight through 'til
Saturday morning. Based on that, I cancelled today's traditional pre-Drinko wakeboarding sesh. Of course,
It's now Saturday morning and it's sunny and dry. Oh well.

Jeff Z, you and Sarah were going to head to 60 Sylvia for some adult beverages, but instead you decided to
tear your arm off. If you manage to stay in one piece this year, the invitation is still in force brother. And if you
decided to just stay local in the Bordentown area Friday night, I know several good people who will be doing the same.
Perhaps you can all have your own little pre-Wakefest soirée.

I took my daughter Brittany, Chris B, Ken and his girlfriend Kelly out this morning for some Memorial Day butter. We launched out of Florence at 8:15 and had great water up until we pulled out at 1:15. We all got 3 sets in each before calling it a day. I trunked it and the water was gorgeous.

Hello friends:
Wakefest is right around the corner. I just ordered the shirts! Ryan San Bar is bringing the slider and
winch again, Red Bull is toally on-board with the tent, wave runner, girls, sponsorship of the after-party and
a Wake Lab video premiere. There will also be a premiere of the new Hyperlite team video Rewritten.
Of course JB, representing The Wake Academy, will be there, but this year he may put his boat in the water
and give some pulls! How cool is that?! It's going to be another great day for New Jersey wakeboarding!

Does anyone ride on the coast of Central Jersey (Ocean County) , or near Long Beach Island? My boat is not in the water yet, and when it is (its a 27' searay) it is not always fun to ride behind it.

Hey David: I have a house in Manahawkin and I used to wakeboard all the time in Turtle Cove in Manahawkin Bay.
While I still have the house in Manahawkin, I now tow to The Delaware River every weekend to ride. While I'm not out
there any more, I know there are still people tearing-up Turtle Cove. Maybe try going into Island Surf & Sail
in Brant Beach, ask for Terry and pick his brain a little bit about hooking-up with some local riders. You can
tell him I sent you, but he'll just laugh! And of course, you should come to Wakefest in a couple weeks. It's a great
place to meet riders from all over our area.

Beth and I took Ken and Bill out yesterday afternoon for some Friday Butter. The water was so still and flat that the pollen was laying on top of the water like little snow flakes. We rode till about 6pm when the rain started then Beth and I went to Chickie and Petes and eat so much food.
