Rod That statment is not true.

The Avalanche is the same boat as the Escalade 22'

The Lightning/Hurricane is the same boat as the Elite V drive 21' 6"

The Tornado is the same boat as the Elite Bow Rider 21' 6"

The Cyclone is the same boat as the Eclispe V 20' 8"

And yes it is a great boat!

Blue1439, This boat is a very solid boat. I have had my 2002 for two years now and love it. Nice wake as well. More importantly, Centurion's customer support is just awesome.

We are on our 2nd season , with our 2000 elite v-drive. We paid about $21K last Feb. in Austin,TX, but It came with Air Warrior Package( Tower, Ballast, graphics, etc.) We love it and have had no problems whatsoever.

OK, yes I have one to and have been very happy with it. Mine is a 2000 and just this weekend I hit 843 hours. It will have it's B-day in 3 weeks. No problems. Just do your regular maintenance and you will be fine. Like was said above, the folks at Fineline have brought the customer service to the top.
Good luck,
