Fixing the surf wave on 2001 Super Air

Need help on perfecting the surf wave behind my new boat - stock tanks in rear - 400# total, added 2 side sacs on top of the stock tanks (extra 520#) and one fat brick up front (155#). Was out this weekend with all tanks full, 2 adults and 5 teenager(in front) in boat and just couldn't get the right wake (too steep and washed out). We are surfing the starboard side due to rotation of the prop. Oh - and have center locker tube sac which I think is around 300#. So, my thoughts I have plenty of weight in boat, but not distributed correctly. would really appreciate anyone's comments/suggestions - thanks

What is your speed?
You should set your perfect pass around 9.8 to 10.2.
Do not put any extra weight on the port side. Do you have everyone sitting on the starboard side?
Check the pic in my profile. I have about 500 lbs less than you, and we are using the same boat.

your profile picture is what I am looking for - could you fill me in on your typical setup with the boat?? (people - where? and exact sac location/weights??) I am running around 12 MPH - usually have one person sitting behind driver. Thanks for your help!

Set you perfect pass at 10 mph. I run a 400 sac in the rear and another 400 in the bow. Both on the starboard side. I fill the starboard and belly tank. I have EVERYONE sit behind the driver. That is the key. When we have to turn around, 2 or 3 guys will jump to the other side because it is hard to turn the boat with all the weight on one side.
