the pop is nice, and it's predictable. it's looser but it depends on what you're used to. if you put the center fin in the board would be pretty locked in. i don't know what to compare it to b/c i don't know another board like it-continuous with that much rocker and the ridges in the middle. if you ride it it may seem a little slow, but once you get on edge you don't notice it being as slow. bonus info: it feels really good to grab.
