Last Sunday we were coming down the hill in Valley Center, Ca. We just had dropped off our grandparents RV at their home after borrowing.

We took a different way down the hill and drove by a small lake on the way home.

We're just cruising along and all of a sudden we hear.....

"hey guys that lake looks like a sweet place to go wakeboarding" Coming from my three year old daughter. My wife and I were laughing so hard we almost had to stop.

The lake was fishing only and happened to be butter at the time. Lake Wohlford, which is great for fishing.

Does anyone else have any stories similar to share about kids and wakeboarding?

See... now that's what I'm talkin about. Sounds like your little Girl has a great head on her shoulders. I hope my little girl is as SMART as yours.

When my daughter was three I bought her a wakeboard. She would not ride it behind the boat but I would take the fins off and stack pillows at the bottom of the staircase. Should would ride down the stairs all day if I would have let her. She is seven now and last year she finally moved from the stairs to the water!

Riding down stairs sounds way more dangerous than on the water LOL!

My niece (20 months old)loves playing dress up like others, so saw me taking off my vest and this is what happened. She knew she was cute. Upload

She tried the drysuit too, but it wasn't working out for her.

My 5 year old just got a new vest and wears it in the house all the time.I remember one time when we were pulling into the lake and she says,"that guy is messing up our water dad".By the way, she wakeboarded behind the boat at 4.
