Any Century Arabian owners?

I've got a line on one pretty cheap. I remember trying to ski through the course behind one years ago and it just about washed the course away so I'm thinking now that it might be just what I want.

Centurys are great boats. I have a 1968 Century Cheetah direct drive and it is a great boat. Fast and agile! Looks really cool too.

A friend of mine has a close bow 1972 V-drive Century Arabian with a 454. The boat has twin trim tabs and throws a great wake. We wakeboarded behind it in 1998 and 99 before I got my X10. He has had the boat since 78 and has 1500 or so hrs on it.

I have a Century Coronado that I'm in the process of making into a wakeboard boat. How's the wake on the Century hull?

Thanks. The boat I looked at needed a new engine( a 440 chrysler ) but was nice otherwise and is dirt cheap. Put a tower on it and it might make me a nice boat.

I have a 2 older, wooden Century Resorter's a 1962 19' and a 1952 16'. Fun boats not the best to ski or wakeboard
behind.
