That is actually the torpedo trail that was launched from the boat at the jet ski that just jumped the wake.

Check out Lake Mc Cracken Texas. There is a boat towing a rider on it and you can see the rope too.

Looks like a direct drive, closed bow boat with the slolam rider at 15 off. (Jk on the 15 off can't really tell from here)
