I am at work on cold Saturday morning in Indianapolis. If anyone else is as bored as I am you can check out my wakeboard video from summer 2008. I don't have a whole lot of tricks in the bag, and the video quality is okay. Can't wait for some warm weather!! Link to video is below

Great video man. I couldn't tell between your switch and regular riding. Impressive. Good foundation of tricks and with having them all dialed switch and regular you should continue to progress really fast.

Thanks, Carl!!

I am hoping to have a long summer to get some more tricks dialed. I think at some point certain tricks will feel better switch vs.regular and vice verses.

The song is "Money Honey" by State of Shock.

The jump of the back of the boat "surf move" was stolen from Shawn Watson. My friend saw him do it at a demo ride. Some funny wrecks have occured from that move!

The song is "Money Honey" by State of Shock. Other songs of theirs that I like are "Rollin" and "Hearts that Bleed."

Tow Boat for each section.

Intro surf (2008 230 Nautique)
Wakeskate quick clip (pond run behind a 4wheeler)
Kicker jump (2008 230 Nautique)
1st set of jumps (2005 x-star fly high system)
surf jump in (230 Nautique)
surf lay down (2004 x-star)
next set of jumps (230 Nautique loaded up)
backroll and crow (2005 x-star fly high ballast)
Kicker shots (230 Nautique)

Behind the 230 Nautique loaded up (we messed with the weight a lot) I ride 24.5mph 82.5 ft

The 2004 and 2005 x-star's (same hull) I ride 24 or 24.5 at 80ft fly high ballast system and 2-4 people in boat. These are my two favorite wakes to ride. I probably like the 230 wake better when the water is smooth and wake is dialed in (i.e. weighted correctly and people in the right area) It's just so easy with the x-star people don't have to move much and the wake is still awesome! Rough water doesn't washout the x-Star weight as much. Riding doubles I like the x-Star better because the non jumping rider doesn't wash out the wake.

I really liked the consistency of your backrolls and scarecrows from regular to switch. Not many people can go out and make it look that natural. You don't look like you have a problem riding one way or the other.

Yeah, I thought that no wake buoy had you for sure. Got some good riding down there, and your lake looks beautiful there, I saw a lot of glass.

On Geist Reservior if you Board in the mornings or before sunset you can get some smooth water. We have a lot of sea walls so it can get choppy with only a few boats. If the wind is below 10mph then at least one shore is protected from the wind. The days in this video were perfect conditions!

Those kickers are on Geist? Good riding!

We built the kickers and keep them at my dock. We would tow the kickers out and then anchor them down in the open water. One of the kickers was destroyed in a storm. We will probably build a slider this year. Hoping to build a 60 footer!
