Anyone have any good suggestions for books on how to use Adobe Premier Pro 6.5 or 7.0.

well i wouldn't recommend getting the adobe classroom in a book. i just bought it and being as i can already make my way around premiere it's a bit basic. there are a few tidbits i didn't know since im self-taught, but i was thinking it would be a more comprehensive guide to all the aspects of the program.

i'd love to know of a good reference that lists how all the effects work, etc.

I just purchased on Amazon.com Premier Pro for Dummies. Since this is totally new to me. So far I have been impresed with the book as far as working for a total beginner. Give it a try.
