Of the new tige, mastercraft, and MB noses? Why do they have 2 points to them now instead of 1?

On the Mastercraft boats you can get a ladder, thus another entry point. At least on the X-Star and X-80....I am unclear if that is the case on the X-45 and X-2, but I assume it is available with all.

I don't know if Tige and MB offer the ladder.

On all three boats, the blunt nose give more room in the bow....which is always nice.

Riley its not a new concept to Wake boats the Xstar came out in 03 with this Piclefork bow..

i think the intiial intention was stlye that would set them apart form other boats plus a wider more comfortable bow for people in the boat to sit and face the riders ..

the picklefork are rumored to also keep the bow rise down some ..

the x2 this year for MC was released as the 2nd one in their line and now Tige and MB are copying the design..

BTW this design was already on some big I/Os years ago so not an entirely original idea by MC either..

It's the same concept that brought tri-hulls to the masses in the 70's. The two points are designed to increase stability and provide more interior room. And from what I've seen so far, it's doing a much better job than the tri-hull of handling rough water. So next time you plop down a ton of money on a pickleforked boat, just remember that you're buying a descendant of the tri-hull.
