ive been wakeboarding every freakin' sat.

i dont know what i did this time, but i could barely move after we left and the next morning was twice as bad.

talk about lower, upper, and everywhere on my back is so so so sore!!!!

Potassium eases sore muscles, especially after a hard workout. It helps remove the acid from spent muscles. Eat a banana before/after boarding.
