I read a few weeks ago on here about sanding down blister/callus to help prevent them from ripping off.
Anyone have any tips on this?

It's just about getting the thick dead skin removed so it doesn't cause the living skin to get torn underneath. If the callus is not very thick you can just sand it down. If it is thicker, you can snip the thick, dead skin off and then sand it smooth. A good trick is to wrap some sandpaper on a broomhandle or thick dowel and twist it in your hands.

I use fingernail clippers. Never sanded. This is from my slalom skiing days when it's impossible to avoid thick calluses.
