I have an 84' nautique 2001. Looking at buying my buddy's 96'SS nautique trailer from him. Would my 84' fit the same on his trailer, or would I have to re-bunk the trailer? Thanks in advance for the help.

By SS I believe you mean super sport right? The super sport is a V-drive and your boat is a direct drive. The center of gravity is significantly different between the boats. The axle carrier would need to be moved forward for your boat. I recently looked into having a trailer modified and I would guess you are looking at a minimum of $1000 worth of modifications. I seriously doubt it's worth it.

Call the trailer manufacturer like I did, they answered all my questions on my first call. My trailer was a DHM, what's yours?

vectwar,

Where is the trailer located that you are looking to buy? If you don't buy it, I may be interested if it has a removable tongue on it. Let me know. Thanks.
