I just picked up a 2004 MC x-2 on monday. Just in time for the temps to drop. Boat is in excellent shape with 135 hours. Very well taken care of. MCX and perfect pass. It's on a single axle but for 31,000 I don't think i can complain..not a scratch on the bottom and everything is in great shape. Now if spring would just hurry up and get here.

It was at a dealer that deals only in bass boats... even he told me that if it didn't sell this season they were going to put it back out next spring for 35 or 36.

He just needed to put a swivel chair on top the tower to get it sold.
But you've got it now so too bad for him. It looks great!!!

Sweet boat at a great deal, Patrick. The wake on that boat is awesome with some extra ballast. Best of luck with your new ride!

Sure do.. was just looking the other day to see how long it would take to get to Keowee and the hot hole. Temps are usually a few degrees hotter in SC too.

yeah, i live in brevard, sorry i said richard i meant to type patrick but it came out richard. yeah i live in brevard i dont own a boat personally but if you are looking into it, you can get a storage unit on keowee and just leave your boat there, driving it down each time could be a hassle on the back roads. you should be able to make it within 45 minutes to an hour depending at which part you want to go

We usually go to Chatuge. but the water is so far down its not even funny. Bear lake is only 20 minutes away. But the water is usually cold as can be. Dying to go somewhere. anywhere. just to get it in the water. We brought it home monday and I have only boarded behind it a couple of times on Tuesday.

that's a steal! If that dealer would have listed that boat on inboards.com or something I'm guessing he could have gotten at least an additional 5K, maybe more. At least in this area. I know when I was shopping last spring I would have drove there to get that boat for that price.

Somebody must have really wanted a nice bass boat to trade that in! Great find and if you sack her up she will put out!

^thats exactly what I was going to say. Who the hell trades that in on a bass boat? They must not know MC makes the bassstar!

Actually I did get lucky.. they had listed it on boat trader online on saturday.. and I just happened to be going to atlanta on sunday. Got up monday morning and went straight to the dealer. Otherwise I am sure I would have missed out.
