Unfortunately just finished our season this week, boat is winterized here in WI. First season with our new to us 2002 X-star. Had a great 112 hours this season. One of my winter projects is going to be to get some weight up front in the boat. Right now I just have the two rear tanks and ski locker sac. Found out during the season the boat really needs weight up front too. Nobody likes riding up there when its cold out so I want to get a bow sac plumbed in. What are some suggestions on the best way to do this? I was wondering if there was a way to do this by plumbing into the overflow line of the ski locker so once that's full, it would direct flow up to the bow. I don't know how or if that can be done to allow for the bow sac to empty properly. Thanks for any ideas.

Bob, I did a similar setup on my VLX. What I did was I Tee'd off the locker sack pump pickup and ran a jabsco reversible to the bow. You can either run it up under the seat to the sack, or in my case, through the cupholder area. Since Jabsco's are self priming I have only one line going to the sack. Since its on top of the seats its relatively easy to keep an eye on, and kill the pump when its full.
