Clarion xmd3 question

Pulled my xmd3 last year and it worked fine. Installed it this weekend and everything functions but the rca outs. High level stereo outs are fine? Has this happened to anyone? Do I have anyreal options other than buying a new one and swaping good for bad and returing it.

Hi!! last 4 months, I buy a new XMD3, and I have this Problem: The LEVEL in The RCA RED Output is BIGGER!!! than RCA White Output, Change all cables and the same problem, Then i return the merchandise to Factory and they send me a NEW Stereo XMD3!!! Maybe you and me have a BAD LUCK!

Did you follow your trouble-shooting section of the manual? There's a setting in the Clarion Head Units for outs.
