She took a photo of me taken in a tournament about 5 years, made a charcoal pencil drawing, and had it framed. Had to shoot the pic at an angle because of the flash glare.

John,
That is very cool. From what I can see your wife actually did the photo herself? I have such respect for people such as your wife who have an artistic side. Me, I couldn't draw a straight line let alone a whole picture to save my life.
Isn't love grand? Can't put a price on love.

Thanks guys. I kind of worded that post weird. The picture was taken by a photographer at the tournament (5 years "ago", messed that up too). But my wife made the drawing. She's pretty talented at this stuff, and a keeper too!

Regular crow off a ramp. Eubanks, I'll have to shoot a pic of the wall tonight. Cliff, I've been riding that board for quite a few years now. Previous to that I changed boards every year. Just grabbed a ding free 140 off Craigslist for $60.

Here's the wall. She actually just started putting up the pictures so it may end up looking a lot different when it's done. You can see the original photo in the montage to the right. The older looking ones are from 1978. That's me in the middle of the pyramid and the other two guys are on slalom trick skis.

I just want to know when boardshorts are goin to turn into 1980's swim shorts.... they already have retro bindings..... it would be funny to see parks or someone bust out the 80's shorts at the PWT.

Very cool John, I have a friend in San Marcos that is an art major, and she did the same thing with a pic of me when i was at school at texas state. she used charcoal also!
