Best place to launch at Elsinore..??

I'm going to Elsinore Mon/Tue. Where is the best place to launch and how do you get there from the 15?

The best place to launch is at elsinore west. It's the marina with the white brick wall in the front.

From the 15, exit Nichols Rd. and turn right, make your first left, go down to Riverside Drive(?) I think, it's the first stop light, make another right, and stay on that street until you see the white brick wall on the left, and that's elsinore west.
