Has anyone injured a foot by not having it pull out of the binding? I went down hard yesterday and my board felt like a drag shute on my left foot. I felt a small pop and then some pain. I rode several more times, but by the time we pulled the boat out I was limping pretty good. I can barely walk today. I hope it is just a bad sprain.

Dave, my buddy last year had that same pop feeling your talking about, and it took him two months to get over it because he kept trying to ride. I onthe other hand went to ride with Nick and Julz in orlando and the first day went great, but the second day i came up short on cab roll and snapped my foot in half. Surgery, and three scars later i am still trying to walk without pain. My doctor told me that it is very common to miss a lis franc fracture, and hopefully that is not what you have. If it doesnt get better and you have no broken bones, you might want to keep this in mind. good luck
