I bought an '05 X-2 with MCX new, and a friend of mine bought one used last year. The boats are identical pretty much, except for color. My question is, this last weekend in Powell, his gf was riding behind the boat, she fell, we went around to pick her up. While idling back to her, an alarm came on and we got the check engine warning. After the second time of this happening, we checked all the fluids, checked the water strainer, checked all gauges, and everything was fine. It only happened when idling after coming off plane. Any ideas, mines never done this, but I'm selling mine, so all we'll have is his...haha. Any helps appreciated, thanks.
