Concaves...Spines...Single...Double

they seem to be on every new pro model out there. cwb has those deep single spine down the absoulte n transcend. whereas double spine on the marius. similiarly for LF PS3 and Watson. Both have double concaves according to the specs. They are stated to provide softer landings. which is true if you examine the physics.
Can any give any input which works best? i love the substance i'm on...but my knees aren't agreeing with me.

the landings on the PS3....are pillowy soft....it rides like a fished- out substance...

sounds sweet to me. i loved the fish too. Can't wait for the 141 PS3, thinking of upsizing from my 138.

actually it rides a bit small like the fish i find....i went from riding a 142 to riding the 137 and the landings were amazing...perfect control...

i guess because its wider? how does the width compare to say the substance?

I've ridden most of the CWB boards. I hate riding a board that doesn't have a spine. I jumped on a substance for while and I didn't like the landings.

Come on, lets go back to the 97/98 LF Best Board, single huge concave, double rails and 2.25 inch fins on some good rocker!
