Bryan, we didn't go to the sandbar until Saturday. Busiest I've seen in a while (but don't get up there too often). Definitely not a place for kids. Watched some kids in a Whaler hitting those crazy wood sliders across from the island. First run the kid trips and his face bounces into and off the rail, only to get right back up and try again. We were hooked from then on, and sat and watched them for like an hour.
