I looked into buying a new trailer until I decided to re-paint, re-wire, and re-bunk the old one. Before Pictures:

The paint is sherwin williams automotive. Color is compatible to Du Pont's "BS 455" to match the nautique gel coat. Anytime Aaron Here is another pic of the sandblasting process. I used a product called Garmet rather than sand. It worked awesome and was alot safer

Did you get the garnet in your eyes at all while blasting? No matter what eye protection I wear I always seem to get it in my eyes when it bounces back off the job.

I was fine with just safety glasses except some spots you had to take the ricochet right off the face. I went out and got a hood and used it part of the time.

Very nice work! Is the side mounted light near the license plate a back up light or does it have an amber bulb for turn/running lights?

Yeah a few guys from the training center got me started, but then we had a falling out with the union hall the next day. A bunch of drama thats cleared up now, but it was bad timing for me. The side rear is a clear backup light.

Ryan, real nice work cause the trailer looks better than new. I am thinking of re-doing my trailer, but in full line-x or rhino lining. I just saw a trailer that was completely done with the stuff, and it looks real nice. Not quite as nice as the blue you have, but pretty cool though.

I pulled the boat out last Saturday. Took a ride towards the dam, but had to creep back since there is still debris everywhere
