looking for wakeskate lessons

hi, I am looking for a good place to take wake skate lessons, I am from quebec,canada and my preference would be for a place close to miami but it seems most of the schools are around Orlando. I am not looking for rail park, i need some advice to get more stable and jump higher. Looking for a place where you can go for a long weekend!
