I've been towing for over 10 years now and have never had an issue with a trailer tire until a couple of weeks ago. On the way home from the lake I had a a tire delaminate on I-75. I got the tire changed and and made it home. The tires were about a year and a half old and based on recent experience with GM and warranty issues I didn't have much hope, but I decided to call the company anyway. So the following week I called Carlisle Tires, and spoke with Mrs Yvonne Jackson. She IMMEDIATELY took care of my issue. In today's economy not all companys will stand behind their warranty, but Carlisle Tires more than stepped up to the plate and Mrs Jackson was fantastic to work with! This is my 3rd set of Carlisle tires and the first time I have ever had an issue. Thanks Carlisle Tires for standing behind your product!

That is an awesome story - props to Carlisle and Ms. J! I'll have to look at Carlisle when the time comes (soon) to replace my old GY Marathons

That's a great customer service story for sure but there are alot of horror stories about Carlisle (Goodyear too) trailer tires out there. Much better options out there IMHO.

X2

I have had issues with mine, and helped a family with two blown Carlisles (less than year old) burried up to the axles in sand off the side of the road on their way down to Powell. Blowouts suck

Glad they took care of ya
