Competition at the Delta

I heard there was going to be a competion at the delta on Sat 23rd or Sun 24th.Also heard it would be about a mile from the hangtime competion at Union point. Is this all true?

There's plenty of room to view the event from shore. Actually a big deck, dock and shore.
