I have been wakeboarding before and consider myself a Beginner/Intermediate (I can spin on the wakeboard and also do some minor wake jumps). I am approx. 5’10” about 155lbs. This will be my first wakeboard purchase and I am not 100% up on all the things I should look for. I was considering purchasing a slightly used Hyperlite Vero 143 w/ Spin or Split bindings. Is that board sufficient?, and I know they recommend 160lbs for the 143 but think it will make a huge difference? I can’t remember what size or type board I learned on…. The Reason for getting the Spin or Splits is that I have a few family members that would like to utilize the board that have diff. size feet and don’t want to get two pair of bindings. I was just trying to get anyone’s opinion on what I should specifically look for in a board. I don’t want to spend a fortune on a board was looking to get a deal on something under $250 I know that isn’t much when dealing with packages but I don’t want to shell out a bunch of money when the board will be used by everyone.

Any information is greatly appreciated! ! !

Thanks!
