2007 Toyota Tundra...wtf?

So I go to eBay Motors to take a look at the '07 Toyota Tundra. I'm actually interested in the '08 Sequoia, but can't find any info on it. I figure the styling is likely to be much like the '07 Tundra, and you can usually see some really good pics on eBay. So, I come across this...

Is it just me, or is this guy completey high on crack? $85k for a stock Toyota pick-up? What am I missing?

at least there is no reserve. plus it will be on ebay again in 6 months for half that when it gets repo'd apparently the guy is an idiot.
