What do you guys recommend? I like the new Fulton F2, but not sure if it mounts up or not. Thanks a lot.

Fulton F2 is worth every penny! Mounts to 4 and 3 inch tubes.

There is a post on Mastercraft TeamTalk about what it takes to make an plate to mount it. Looks like if you know what you are doing it can be done.

Get the Fulton. If you aren't the Do it yourself type, take it to a trailer shop, and have them do the conversion.

I've used them a lot at tournaments, and they freaking rock. Worth the $$$ for sure.

My (non MC) trailer came with the swivel mount Fulton (cheaper model), bought the F2 but wouldn't fit either. I went with the Fulton XP15L Swivel Mount, just as smooth as the F2 and bolts right up.

I started the thread at TMC owners that has some terrific ideas from guys about how to mount it.

The MC trailers are 6 inch beams. I just ended up doing it the cheapo way and drilled holes in the frame and bolted her right up. I am not sure it really is all that much easier to raise the boat than the original fulton, but probably a little at least.

My new trailer has the Fulton F2 and I love it! It's light years better than the standard Fulton jack. It's a must have if you're replacing yours.

Must be timing. Ours just died too.

F2 is great, until the roll pins securing the gear to upper shaft fall out, and then the handle flies across the highway.....

Had it happen twice so far. Waiting on warranty replacement, which was not a problem.

The F2 has 2 plastic wheels, which do not like to track well when repositioning trailer - especially empty. THey love to just rotate 90 degrees to direction of travel and skip along asphalt or make a nice trench in grass. With 2 wheels the trailer is also a little harder to laterally move that inch or two that you need when the truck isn't perfectly lined up with the tongue. The old single wheelers could be manipulated left and right several inches to 'fine tune' when mating to the ball.

Much sturdier than the older POS jacks, just not the be-all-end-all.
