I have decided to have 2 Kicker KM620 in cabin speakers, 2 Infinity Tower speakers, 1 10inch Kicker sub.

Which amp? Kicker 350.4 with something else or will the Kicker 700.5 do it all?

700.5 would do alright. Make sure it is in an an area that it can be cooled or add a fan. It has a tendency to get hot easy. If you've got the cash and want to stick with one amp go for a Wetsounds syn 6. However, A 2 amp setup may be ideal.

If wired correctly and tuned right, overheating should not be an issue with the 700.5. What Sub? the 700.5 class D sub chnl will deliver 210W's rms @ 4ohms for the Comp-10 4ohm, and 420W's rms @ 2ohms for the CompVR-10 4ohm DVC. The CompVR-10 is a better sub for a boat.

The 700.5 will leave the pair of Infinity's a little under powered, but should be ok. Not sure of your budget, but a 2 amp set up may be better, 1 for towers, 1 for cabin and sub.

Have you looked at the Kicker KTM'6 tower speakers? for what the Infinity's look to cost, you could get a pair of the KTM6's and a proper amp.

I got the Infinity's for a little under $240 off ebay a few months ago. Sub I was looking at was KM10...300 watts. Is that sub any good?

I should have mentioned the KM10, but I forget about it. Power handling wise, it's about the same as the Comp-10 and will be a good match for the 700.5 @ 4ohm.

I would go with the Power 1000 from Fosgate...check out sonicelectronix.com...

The Kicker Amps are great amps, but they do have a tendency to over heat if they are vertically mounted. Either way you mount them if you go with a kicker amp, if its next to carpet place like 1/2" to 3/4" spacers between the amp and the carpet moving it away so it can breath better.

Will the Power 1000 be my 1 amp answer?

I'm not feeling the R/F T1000.4 class A/B 4chnl amp to power a pair of cabins on chnl 1, and a pair of towers on chnl 2. and a sub on chnl 3 or 4 or bridged.

I also think that the cabins and towers will be running mono. It's not gonna sound good. Not to mention, the tower and cabins will always be at the same volume.

Its the Power 1000 not the T1000.4 its last years amp from RF. Its a 5 channel amp not a 4 channel.
If it was a 4 channel amp i would agree with TigeMike of it not sounding good, but since it is a 5 channel amp. It will power everything perfectly and allow your system to sound great.

Stephanie the Power 1000 will be the solution to your amp problem. It will also allow you to power pretty much anything you install.
