My new neighbors busted though my SURFSHOPS wall & the police did nothing ???????????

i got some new neighbor 5 weeks ago ,when thay moved in thay tool me i had to move out the next day ?????????
Well one thing lead to another ,and me just working away ,thay thought if thay got a restraining order that would make me leave , not happen ,
so the next day they busted though my wall & changed my locks ,this is the neighbor not the landlord????????
Police came out & did nothing ,not even a report ??????? My lawyer even came down to talk to the police hour and a half nothing ,thy let him go to my shop and take picture ,but i got to stay away 20 yards
i cant get my $$$$ my close my food or tools or boards or nothing in till the court date in 2 weeks ???:?????

this doesn't make a lot of sense. Seems like there has to be more going on here. What is the court date for? Why did they get a restraining order? What did the landlord have to say about all of this?

You may not have access to your $$$, your "close", your food, tools or boards...but clearly you kept your stash off site! Good planning!

something is not adding up here moose. If they told you that you had to be out the next day, and your lease states that they do not have to give you notice, then yep, they can do whatever they want because you were not out the next day.HOWEVER, that is rare.

Yes thats right, some new neighbors moved in next to me 5 weeks ago. The day after they moved in they tried to tell me I have to move.
Rather than move I started some schitt with them that escalated to the point of them getting a restraining order which I went on to violate.
The day after I violated the restraining order they broke through my wall and changed all my locks!!! I'm still talking about the neighbors not the landlord!!!
The police came out and did nothing at all even though my lawyer met with them for and hour and a half. The police did let him go to my shop and take pictures but I have to stay at least 20 yards away. I can't get any of my money, food or belongings until after the court date in 2 weeks!!!
