2007 Malibu VLX

What's up guys,

Well, we picked up our 07' VLX a week ago, and two days later headed to lake powell for a week. It couldn't have gotten much better than that. I believe we had the first 07' VLX in California, or that's what the dealer told us. The boat is absolutly amazing, more so then we could have imagined. The 07' is the 25 Anniversary Silver edition, so it has some extra "bling" in spots around the boat. The dash was redone, and looks awesome. We went with the Illusion X tower, and now I am looking into speakers any lights, any suggestions? The boat is Black and White, and I will post pics tomorrow when I get home.

So for any of you looking into getting a VLX, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

New 247 Side Panel Design on 23LSV
Rockford fosgate speakers and amps for 2007
Upgrades Sony HU (it is the one you can download music into the face plate)
The side billet vents will have a black mesh to contrast the billet
The dash will have some silver lining around it

Auto - No need to wait man...order that Bad Boy now! I saw some 07's at the shop this week and they look nice. It's the small stuff that excites you...like no more mesh on the back hatches but rather a plastic storage attached to the door. I'm not too crazy about the 2 piece hatch though, but that's just me.

As mentioned aboved in the new stuff for 07, note the rockford fosgate speakers, they go great with the look of the boat.

Lol, ya its a pretty tight fit. Actually we dont have the wedge yet because they came out with a new stainless steel edition for 07. No this is not a limited edition boat, it is the silver 25 year anniversary boat. More pics later....

Nice boat. Why did they switch to a 2 piece rear deck? The 3 piece is much more functional.

Not entirely sure. However, with the hydraulic assists on the rear deck its not bad at all lifting them up, and its nice and open to get at the huge storage areas.
