I bought my v215 w/out cleats. Just overlooked those little guys any suggestions on product and install

They are pretty tricky to do it yourself. Lots of measurements and double checking. Most of all you are cutting into the boat and there are no second chances! If you dont do all of this it really looks bad in the end. I took it to topside marine in San Jose CA. they are on the internet also.
