make sure you offset the driver by bout 150lbs or so that way the wake isn't sloshy.

Hey Dan I have the same boat and I have been wondering the same thing. I have heard of people adding more weight in the front to harden the wake. I havent tryed it yet?

a buddy's got an X-2 and he puts 600 on each back corner, 300 in the locker and 500 lead tractor weights in the front. 2000 puts a pretty nice wake out, but he doesn't make allowances for the driver. The wake can get sloshy sometimes, but mostly its sweet!

Do you have to take the lead out of the front of the boat when you trailer it? That will prob. squat the truck even more with all that extra weight on the tounge.??

he did when we went to center hill, about an hour away. we like to have never got the wake dialed back in. he tried to use sacks in the front and it was not good!

We use the factory balast and a 550 pound sack up in the bow to firm up the wake a bit.
