i have some fly high pro x fat sac questions as it pertains to a 2003 X-2. the boat was custom ordered without factory ballast.

750's in the rear for sure, that's a no brainer i guess, but how about the locker?

i called fly high and they said instead of using the WS704 (generic ski locker sac), to get the WS705 (rear seat sac) and use it in the locker instead. the guy said it would obviously be underfilled, but that i'd be able to get more in it than the WS704.

i'm going to order this stuff up soon and am wanting to confirm this info.

i'll be buying the tsunami pump and doing it old school until this fall when i can afford to have it all plumbed in with pumps and switches.

if there's anything else you folks think i need other than the 3 bags and the pump, please let me know.

any advice and a point in the right direction on where to buy would be appreciated. i'm wanting black.

thanks

integrated bow sac or some sac up front in the bow is a must in that boat

I have an older 210...the locker is about the same size... and the Fat Seat bottom is awesome there.

It doesn't fill 100% of the way but you get a good 550/600 lbs out of it... I would recommend getting it even if you don't fill it.

We don't always use ours but its nice to have in case of a lack of people, or you can just move it around if you want to surf or something

Bruce,
I have a Fly high pro sac (750lbs.) and tsunami pump, used only a couple times (still have the boxes) that I'm not using if you are interested. Just let me know.

scott - you think i need weight up there even if i've got 1 or two adults up there? the integrated bow sac is on my list for sure, but i was going to buy that later down the road before i have it plumbed in. we won't be running the 750's even close to full to start.

nick, thanks that confirms it, i'll go with the WS705 then. thanks!

sharkb8, what color? how much? pm me. i really want black.

the 205 likes bow weight. my buddy has the 750s in the rear of his X-1(usually mostly full). he has the integrated bow sac, about 500#s of lead in the nose and another 400# sac in the walkway. it likes bow weight ALOT. Even if you don't plan on running the 750s full I would at the very least get a few hundred pounds of lead up there...

They sell sacs too, and will probably give you a better price if you contact and ask... Very straight forward guy. The site is fairly new.

Bruce, Alex is right. Need weight up front in that hull. As far as just sticking people up there, works OK for us in the summer, but early spring and fall no one wants to go up there because it's too cold!
