Tower Speaker Clamp Inserts

I posted a similar post in audio video so forgive. I don't think as many people troll there.

I got a set of tower speakers and the clamps are 2" and my tower is 1 3/4". Anyone know where i can get some inserts? I know you can get them for wakeboard racks, anyone know what company sells those inserts?

The cans say Lightning Accessories on the side. They will sell me clamps but if i can get inserts cheaper i would prefer to do that. trying to save money.
