I'm looking for these foam dock bumpers you can see in the picture below. Does anyone know who sells them? These ones were from Overtons but I called them up and they don't carry them anymore...only smaller plastic ones.

Try these, I had them on my dock when I kept my boat in the water and they worked great. Lasted more than 10 years for me:

Brian, how soft are these bumpers and how abrasive are they? My boat will be rubbing on them a lot and the nice thing about the foam ones in the picture I attached is that they don't damage the boat at all. Your suggestion may work if they are gentle on the boat but they look like hard plastic in the photo

They are the same material as boat fenders. They are essentially fenders to bolt on the side of the dock. They are as hard or soft as you want them to be, they use a pump to put air into them. If you keep them and your boat clean they won't be abrasive at all.
