I've been doing toe off 7's for 2 years now and still don't have them consistant and it's the same for all my friends that do them, It takes a while. I have trouble with the handle too, the best trick I know for getting used to the handle pass is to have your driver kink the boat away from you a little bit when you are cutting in, this gives alot of slack to the rope and makes the wake you hit super steep so you get good straight-up pop. After, doing this for a while I was way mor comfortable with where the handle would be and how to get it for that last pass. I also try to almost put the rope on my hip as I am cutting in, this helps alot with the whole handle situation.
