I've seen some really cool looking traction pad out there. My boat dealer carries a style I'm not really thrilled with and I'm not sure if I want gator grip. So what else are you guys using?

I had gatorgrip & switched to hydroturf because I wanted a more subdued look. My only complaint with GG is the 80's leopard print look of it. Otherwise a great product. I am happy so far with the hydroturf we'll see how well it holds up.........

I used stuff from west marine and my local boat supply. It's pretty much like shower tub peel and stick stuff. Very low profile and great grip........Only problem is there isn'nt many color choices for that. But My boat is white so it works for me. Wish more companies would put out solid colored grips rather than designs.

I recently got a sheet of hydroturf to install on the transom but when I got it I found it had no adhesive. How are you guys applying it? I assume something like 3M spray adhesive but are there better ways?

Hey Mike: I found this adhesive that is doubble sided. It comes on a sheet like a large sticker. You peal off one side and stick it to what ever you like and then you have a second peice to peal

PSA - pressure sensitive adhesive. I get it at a local industrial supply company in big rolls. Not sure where you'd find it in small quantities.

I could be mistaken, but I think I called Sanosports a couple of years back, and they don't sell individual orders. IOW, they will sell to you if you are a manufacturer needing this stuff in volume. They also supply distributors.

I am pretty sure this is the company I'm thinking of.
