07 Transcend or 07 Shane?

I have narrowed it down to these two board. If you have any feedback regarding these two let me know. I'm currently riding a 140 '06 Parks.I'm 5'9" and weigh 165. I like the speed of the parks, but its not quite as stable and soft as I would like it to be. The forgiveness just doesn't seem to be there.

Transcend rocks.... Tons of pop, super soft landings and totally variable speed depending on how hard you charge.

I've ridden a lot of boards, but this is the first one that I can't find anything wrong with. I used to find that the boards that popped hard landed bad, and vice/versa, but this one effectively does it all.

Not sure about the Shane. I haven't had a chance to demo one. I'd bet on it being a bit faster than the Transcend, though.

shane! fast and lots of pop, lands super soft! and its super light! and it's LF so you can't go wrong :-)

Shane is a wicked board, liked it a little better then my fish. Haven't ridden any CWBs though.

I too just got rid of my parks. And it was my favorite board in the 11 years i have been riding. After testing out 10 or 12 boards the year I decided to go with the LF Watson. I didnt get a chance to ride the shane but 2 of my buddies ride them so I figured if I ever wanted to I could. The watson seems to ride as well or better than the parks. It also pops more and has softer landings. Anyways I am 6'2 and 165 lbs. If you have not tried this board you may want to. Anyways time to get off work.

I rode the fish- now I am on the Transcend. Great pop, SUPER soft landings, and speed and looseness you control.

I have not rode the Shane though.

Why dont you demo both and you decide what YOU like.
I ride the Transcend and love it, best board I have ever been on, but that dosent mean YOU will like it as much as I do, its all personal preference.

Unfortunately I am not lucky enough to have any pro shops in Alabama to demo boards. You guys are the only thing I have to go off of.

The Transcend is an amazing board... I have ridden both the the shane and the T-scend, and I like the T-scend much better!!

Would you say the platinum makes a noticeable weight difference? Or should I say a noticeable $100 dollar difference.

Not only is there a weight difference (1 lbs), but it also snaps harder off the wake, I think the platinum's are worth the extra 100.

I think between these board.....YOU CAN'T GO WRONG.

The only CWB board that is off the hook!

Shane,it is one of the nicest LF boards.
