Dates to follow, but here are the locations and order.

1-Atlanta
2-Minn/St Paul
3-Kewlona,BC
4-Portland
5-Reno

There you go. No Florida or Texas stop for 2006.

SUWEET! Reno is all I care about.

Reno as stop 5 means higher stakes, hotter temps, and hopefully no spring wind. Hopefully.

No Texas? That sucks big time.

No Florida, Cali, and Texas. That seems like a huge mistake to me. I would guess those are the 3 areas where wakeboarding is the biggest.

That's just the Pro Tour schedule from what I understand. That doesn't mean there won't be professional events in Florida, Texas, and California this year.

I would guess that Orlando will get WWA nationals or the Pan-Am championships. I thought Texas had their own pro tour, I read that somewere last year. Minn/St.Paul as the 2nd stop? has the ice even melted off the lakes yet.

WWA Nationals will be back in WI where it was last year, Worlds will also be in the US in 2006, no site has been picked or been released. Pan Am, who cares, it was a super lame event. FL is number one in WWA membership, and CA and TX are neck and neck for 2nd. Texas had the Texas wakeboard Tour which the best way to describle it was a second tier event, great event for up and comers, but very littlle or no pro particitation as 2 of thier events were the same weekend as a pro tour and they are only one day events and alot of people are not gonna travel for a one day event. They also went from early morning to dark. The event is good, but poor organization with the running of the event.

As far as ice in MN, the tour series will start later in 2006, with Atlanta May 6-7 and Minn June 10-11. But this is still tenative, all of it.

Thanks for the update, the WI site is really a nice event site with the sports complex for evening dogeball & B-Ball games. The later start for the tour is a lot better for riders from cold climate states, gives them another month or so to get their riding tuned up.

I think they were up by February last year.

Did you go to Reno last year Tate?

I was not able to make it. But I will be there this year for sure. That why I want the date asap so I can get rid of any work conflicts.
