Does anyone use or have used the tsunami pump? Ifso how well does it work, how fast does it fill/drain? I will be using it for the pro x v drive sacs and a tube sac in my bow area? Will one be sufficiant or will I need 2/3 to do the job in a decent about of time?

I use the tsunami pump wth the pro x tube sac, which is around 370 pounds, and it fills in about 3-4 minutes. It is a very efficient pump.

The Tsunami Pump System is designed to fill and empty sacs at an alarming rate. The tubing we use is larger in diameter so it doesn’t choke the pump, resulting in greater output.
Rated at 1,200 gph.

Geoffrey,

One pump would be enough, but if you want to be running around your boat like a maniac trying to keep up with the pumps get 2. 3 pumps would be a bit overboard.

We use a couple of the Fly High Tsunami pumps in our boat. They will fill as quick as the Skylon 2000gph Fat Pump and they are way easier to throw around. Great deal for $99.99.

Geoffrey - Check your e-mail, I sent you some info on the two that I use to fill (2) 750's and (1) 1,400 fast.

I don't know if you guys have a Fleet Farm aka ( The Mans Mall) but you can get all the parts for under $50. 1200 gph Tsunami pump and all, the pump by itself is $30. But you still need to call Barefoot Int. for the connectors. I have two pumps and fill up two #750 bags and buy the time you get everything situated the bags are full.

Good pump, I used one to fill two 500 lb bags in the back, took like 5 - 10 min to do it but worth it, but sold the pump and going for the factory ballast set up for the rear now instead of doing it manually
