anyone have any experience with this? I like the quick connecters. How would it compare to the 2000 gph pump? Could I put the quick connecter on the 2000 gph pump?

I love the Tsunami pump! We also have the 2000 gph pump but the Tsunami is way better and cost less. Plus we always have issues with the 2000, like blown fuses and leaks. Be careful with the quick connectors though, they dont float, so order extras.

Quick connectors are available at home depot in the lawn and garden section for 3$....

The FH quick connectors are full bore. The Home Depot ones are typically not. If you can find them at Home Depot, great, otherwise, you just restricted the flow and now have more time to shoot the breeze while they fill.

Karl, your right they have a smaller opening, at first I thought the same thing but tried them, only 30sec difference between with or with out the fitting. I'll wait the 30sec to not have to search for the stupid caps all day, prolly save more time not switching the waterbed fitting.

The new Fat Sacs don't have the waterbed fitting. It is a threaded flange. More durable and lower profile.
