CWB Torq Bindings?

Just wondering if anyone has used the CWB Torq bindings and what they think about them. I'm deciding between those and LF Exo's. Any suggestions?

I bought a pair of the Torq bindings last summer. The foot beds are real comfortable, but the bindings aren't stiff enough for my taste. They didn't provide me enough ankle support. I had a problem with some tears in the overlays as well, but CWB replaced them for me at no charge. Since then I've meshed my Torqs with my old Highbacks and I've come up with a nice combination.
If I had to do it over I would purchase the Torqs again.

They are not as supportive as the EXO's, CWB's comparable binding would be the Boss. They do however have one of the best footbeds there is & the achilles cushions are great.

i got a pair of 03 Torqs, large, that I think I can sell you. they are new and never been used. If I still have them, I can sell them for around $189.00.

if i were you i wouldn't go w/ the zeus' bc of the lack of ankle support

look at the zeus or boss. Even better bindings

The Zeus and Boss are great bindings. They are defintely going to offer you more support and a softer foot bed because they are both a higher end binding. The Boss are also a more higher end binding then the Exo's. I am not sure what Wes is talking about concerning the Zeus. The Zeus has an ankle support strap, which gives you plenty of support. The Boss are a similar binding, but do not have and ankle support strap and has a split toe rubber, for a looser feel, for more side to side and front to back movement. The Boss and the Zeus in my opinion have one of the softest foot beds out there. You should try them on at one of your local shops and compare them to other foot beds. I ride the Zeus and I haven't found a binding I like more.

I think the Torq are a good binding as well, but they are not going to offer you as much support as the Boss or Zeus. The foot bed is nice, but not as soft. The wraps have been re-done for better qaulity, so they won't tear easily.
